CAO Cigars FAQ
What is CAO known for?
CAO is known for creative blends, distinctive packaging and the use of tobaccos from growing regions around the world. Collections such as Brazilia, Flathead and BX3 showcase different approaches to rich, flavorful premium cigars.
What is CAO Brazilia?
CAO Brazilia combines a Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. Its medium-to-full-bodied profile features earthy, nutty and toasty flavors with a floral character.
What is CAO Flathead?
CAO Flathead is a box-pressed cigar collection inspired by hot rods and muscle cars. It features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Connecticut Habano binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos for a rich, medium-to-full-bodied smoking experience.
What is the difference between Flathead 554, 660 and 770?
These are three sizes within the original Flathead collection. The V554 Camshaft measures 5½ × 54, the V660 Carb measures 6 × 60, and the V770 Big Block measures 7 × 70. They share the same blend, with different dimensions that can influence the smoking experience.
What does BX3 mean?
BX3 refers to Brazilian tobacco used in three parts of the cigar: its Mata Fina wrapper, Arapiraca binder and a portion of its filler blend. Additional filler tobaccos come from Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua, creating a medium-to-full-bodied profile with notes of espresso, chocolate, cinnamon and molasses.

Why Choose CAO Cigars?
Distinctive Tobacco Blends
CAO gives cigar smokers a chance to explore different tobacco traditions. Brazilia highlights a Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper, while BX3 takes that exploration further with Brazilian tobacco in its wrapper, binder and filler blend.
Bold Flavor and Personality
The Flathead collection pairs rich Connecticut Broadleaf tobacco with a distinctive box-pressed shape and flat cap. Its muscle-car-inspired presentation gives the collection a recognizable identity that carries through from the box to the cigar.
